
March is the time of year when we celebrate Nutrition Month. Looking forward to spring and summer, it's time to look at our eating and physical activity habbits. Health Canada has a great web site to help you find out everything you need to know. The Canada Food Guide was changed recently, and now includes versions for our First Nations, Inuit, and Metis Canadians.

To accompany the food guide, Health Canada has also developed Canada's Physical Activity Guide to Healthy Active Living.
